Abstract

It has been stated that the success of a company depends on two conditions, on the one hand, if the company has made an adequate selection of its environment, its markets and its products, and on the other hand, if the managerial and management potential available to it , adequately coordinates its potentials in such a way that they reduce the coordination costs of the company with its markets (GARCIA ECHEVERRIA, 1991).

In the Spanish company, success has been achieved within a context that we could define as a closed economy, the environment has not been a point of reference to achieve business success, that is, the market has been non-competitive for the companies that emerged in the 1960s and that still exist today.
