Rupturas y resoluciones de la alianza terapéutica en un caso de apego inseguro

Resumen

El presente estudio busca comprender el desarrollo de las rupturas y resoluciones de la alianza terapéutica en el caso de una consultante con orientación insegura en el apego. Se implementó una metodología de estudio de caso único de una psicoterapia breve orientada al focusing, individual. Se aplicó el Sistema de Calificación de Rupturas y Resoluciones (3RS; Eubanks, Muran y Safran, 2015) a las transcripciones de las sesiones y se extrajeron viñetas ilustrativas para determinar las temáticas de terapia relacionadas a las rupturas y resoluciones. Los resultados mostraron 16 marcadores de ruptura con una mayor prevalencia de “quejas o preocupaciones acerca de las actividades de la terapia”, el cual se vinculó temáticamente con dificultades de la consultante para realizar tareas de exploración emocional propuestas por el terapeuta. Asimismo, se observaron nueve intentos de resolución, siendo la estrategia más utilizada “el terapeuta ilustra una tarea o provee una base lógica para el tratamiento”. La discusión aborda las dificultades en la regulación emocional de la consultante asociadas al apego inseguro en la generación de las rupturas, así como la efectividad de los intentos de resolución ejercidos por el terapeuta, lo cual puede orientar sobre el trabajo terapéutico con este tipo de consultantes.
