The author/authors declare to have Copyright over the article, in accordance with the provisions of the Law 17.336 on Intellectual Property (Chile).

The author/authors declare that, except for material in the public domain or material from other works that are properly cited or included with the authorization of the right’s owner, the article, in whole or in part, has not been published before.

The author or authors expressly release from any further liability to the Departamento de Derecho Público, of the Facultad de de Derecho at Universidad de Chile,  for any legal, regulatory or contractual infringement committed or eventually committed in relation to the article, and obliges to repair any damage that arises from the infringement of these or other rights.

The present authorization is given in not exclusive, free, indefinite, perpetual and not revocable character, while the corresponding rights survive and, liberates the Department of Public Law of the Faculty of Law of Universidad de Chile, of any payment or remuneration for the exercise of the of the aforementioned rights.
