The "Estancia del gobernador" Pedro de Valdivia tht "Fuera de los Ingas Passados" and its relation with the river Basin of the Aconcagua and Maipo-Mapocho: A hypothesis of legal ownership
The authors disclose an unpublished document, dating from the sixteenth century, whose examination sheds light on two important points regarding to the history of the Central Valley area of Chile: to accurately set the limits and scope of the Inca dominion and, moreover, to track the legal source of rural property in that geographical area.
