From the historiographical digressions concerning the formation and appearance of an own or integral Asturian-leonese order, inside a more general order, of Visigothic roots, the author discusses and presents the main historical and legal guidelines on the subject and, from his own point of view, the characteristics of the ordo Asturian-leonese, from the eighth to the thirteenth century.
