The purpose of this essay is to presenta brief view of the colonial American-Hispanic institutional process, about the topic ofjustice adrninitration especially in the matter of judges and courts, wich contributed with the display of their functions, in firmly estabush the government and sovereignty of the spanish kings, during the three centuries of Spanish dominion in America.
