Abstract

This paper analyzes the relationship between the unrepresentable of the Theatre of Cruelty proposed by Antonin Artaud, and the dimension of the unconscious proposed by Sigmund Freud. It also deepens the rereading and analysis that Derrida makes from the aforementioned relationship. To do this, it is investigated how the authors approach these approaches throughout their works, examining with special emphasis how the representational event, as a translation of the shapeless -and in view of a logic of meaning-, aborts precisely, through its repetition, what is different and unapproachable in the exercise of life. We could say: that which slips between the atoms of the word.
