  1. Section policy

In all sections there are just assignments allowed, which are written in Spanish, originals and unpublished. The contributions for the sections Doctrine, International, National and Emergent Issues will be undergoing a process of blind evaluation by couples. The topics of every edition are proposed by the editorial team, en function of criteria of juridical relevance and international and national contingency, submitted to the editorial committee, after which the respective semestral call for the Doctrine, International, National and Emergent Issues sections is opened.

Original and unpublished manuscripts that are not included in the topics of the call may always be sent, subject to the publication policies and the rules for the authors.

When the AnuarioDDHH has had contributions that are still in the process of review and are sufficient to cover the publication of a semester number, the general editor will consider not making a call for that number. In that case, the AnuarioDDHH will remain open to receive contributions, subject to publication policies and norms for authors.
